Relief for Arthritis and Inflammation

(Please read our disclaimer)

Osteoarthritis wears down cartilage where bones meet joints—affecting about 33 million Americans. Another 1.3 million suffer from rheumatoid arthritis (RA), an autoimmune disease that inflames the joint lining. RA causes not just pain and swelling, but also redness and heat.

Early diagnosis and treatment can relieve symptoms and slow further damage. The Melaleuca Wellness Guide explains that while RA’s cause is unknown, osteoarthritis often targets joints overused in work or play.

The “-itis” in arthritis means inflammation—so reducing it is key. Staying at a healthy weight helps not just by reducing pressure on joints, but by minimizing inflammatory fat cells. Avoid pro-inflammatory fats and processed foods high in omega-6 oils. Omega-3 fatty acids can slow joint damage and reduce reliance on NSAIDs. Coldwater Omega-3 delivers the right fatty acids.

Research also shows that grape seed extract helps protect bones in RA. ProvexCV and Provex-Plus are powerful antioxidants and rich in grape seed extract. Just one bottle of ProvexCV contains the flavonoid strength of nearly 10,000 grapes.

Replenex and Replenex Extra Strength support joint health with 1,500 mg of glucosamine HCl, plus ginger, green tea, bromelain, and—in the Extra Strength version—MSM, chondroitin, and the A.I. Blend.

Exercise is another important tool. Movement lubricates joints and helps remove waste. Even simple activities like knitting can ease joint pain. WebMD reminds us that “Move it or lose it” especially applies to arthritis.

To recap: Eat whole, colorful foods. Avoid processed and inflammatory fats. Take Coldwater Omega-3, ProvexCV or Provex-Plus, and Replenex. Keep moving. And when needed, use Pain-A-Trate for quick, targeted relief.
