Coronavirus—Hopeful Information (2nd edition)

It looks like coronavirus (COVID-19) could be around for a while. As long as it is the top news item and the topic of conversations, I will continue doing research to discover concrete steps you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones. Here are some things I learned this week.
 

Melaleuca Nutrition

Please read this short news release by the Orthomolecular Medicine News Service entitled Vitamin C Protects Against Coronavirus. This article contains a nutrient supplement protocol to prevent or minimize symptoms of viral infections including coronavirus (COVID-19). Then come back and we’ll compare the protocol with a daily regimen of Melaleuca nutritional supplements.

 Vitamin C  3000 mg  1650 mg
 Vitamin D  2000 iu  2400 iu

Baking Soda Can Help Prevent Virus Infection - More Evidence

In my previous newsletter I told you about research that shows viruses are pH sensitive. If we can maintain our body pH at about 6.5 or higher with diet and a daily helping of baking soda, we may be able to fight off the virus.

The following is a video of Mrs. Edna Boone, who lived through the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918. Her family was the only family in town that did not get the flu. She attributes this to the fact that her mother gave everyone in the family a half teaspoon of baking soda every day. She talks about this at around 4:30 in the video.
