Arthritis - Have You Tried Replenex or Essential Oils?

(Please read our disclaimer)

According to the Centers for Disease Control over 52 million adults have been diagnosed with one of the 100 different forms of arthritis. Symptoms include pain, aching, stiffness, and inflammation in or around the joints. Some forms of arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, can affect multiple organs and cause widespread symptoms

Osteoarthritis, the most common form of arthritis, involves the wear and tear of cartilage over a bone where it meets a joint. Early morning stiffness that lasts a short while is a common symptom of osteoarthritis, while inflammatory arthritis causes longer-lasting pain and causes joints to swell and feel warm. See this article about understanding arthritis for more information.

Patented Replenex and Replenex Extra Strength help rebuild, cushion and strengthen joint cartilage. Besides 1500mg of research-recommended glucosamine HCI, Replenex formulas also contain ginger, green tea and bromelain which promote healthy joint function.

If you are over 50 years old, and are involved in moderate to strenuous activities, or are overweight, Replenex Extra Strength might be your best formula. It contains chondroitin, MSM, manganese and A.I. Blend for comfort. A.I. Blend is a patent-pending combination of six well-known anti-inflammatory herbs: Devil's claw, ginger root, aronia, turmeric root, angelica gigas root, and green tea extracts.

The Melaleuca Wellness Guide recommends Replenex for arthritis, athletic injuries, back pain, bursitis, carpal tunnel, chronic fatigue, eye, fibromyalgia, gout, lupus and osteoarthritis.

Healthy Weight

In many ways our weight greatly impacts our health. Losing weight reduces inflammation and pain. According to the Arthritis Foundation losing one pound of weight is like reducing four pounds of pressure off the knees.

Essential Oils

According to one study, using a blend of lavender, marjoram, eucalyptus, rosemary, and peppermint oils in carrier oil significantly lowered arthritis pain and depression.

In another study, moderate-to-severe knee pain was treated by massage with ginger and orange essential oils. There was improvement in function and reduced pain.

Try this blend:

In a dropper bottle mix together 2 teaspoon carrier oil, 3 drops eucalyptus oil, 3 drops rosemary oil, 3 drops lavender oil, 3 drops marjoram oil and 3 drops peppermint oil. Mix well and massage on affected area.

In addition to using Replenex to reduce inflammation, The Melaleuca Wellness Guide recommends a gentle massage with Pain-A-Trate.

Patented Extra-Strength Pain-A-Trate not only contains methyl salicylate and menthol, but also camphor which numbs pain and increases circulation, helping muscles heal. It also contains soothing, penetrating T36-C5 Melaleuca Oil.

NEW! Essential Oils Booklet

Practical Guide to Essential Oils with References and Traditional Uses

Essential Oils booklet cover

Plants have been used for thousands of years to help heal, soothe and alter moods. We can imagine early man experimenting with stems, leaves, barks and roots, noting which reduced pain, which reduced swelling, which were calming, and which were stimulating. By trial and error remedies were discovered, and cherished traditional treatments were passed on from generation to generation.

An "essential oil" is the highly concentrated "essence" of the plant from which it was derived. Today research is beginning to explain some of the mystery behind the art and science of essential oil therapy. Clinical studies are currently underway, and many of these studies confirm the remarkable healing properties of essential oils.

Practical Guide to Essential Oils was written for those who are just beginning to experiment with the healing properties of essential oils. Designed as a primer, it gives the reader a basic understanding of what these natural wonders are, and what they can do. Each chapter is written as an introduction to one of the more commonly used essential oils, explaining how that oil has been traditionally used, how it is used today, and what research there is to confirm its effectiveness. Scientific studies and supportive articles are referenced for additional reading.

I was first diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees 15 years ago at the age of 45. I used various brands of glucosamine and chondroitin and found some, but never complete relief. Seven years ago, I started using the Replenex Extra Strength every day, and I now have no pain! I know it is the Replenex that makes the difference because if I stop it for a few days, I will again get sharp pains in my knees when I walk. I never want to be without my Replenex extra strength!

~ Charlene

Arthritis started to affect me 18 years ago… so when I met Melaleuca over 5 years ago, that was one thing that prompted me to try the products - the fact that my friend was having pain relief from her arthritis. The Replenex Extra Strength soon took care of my pain, and now with Recover AI, my joints and body are feeling so much better than they did 18 years ago. Melaleuca truly gives us better quality of life in so many ways!

~ Heather

I am a cancer survivor and, because of the chemo, I suffer from neuropathy in my feet and hands. I would rub the peppermint and blue heat on my feet to help me sleep at night. I take Replenex Extra Strength every day to help with the pain in my legs and hands. I recommend Replenex to anyone who has joint problems for whatever reason.

~ Shirley

I developed advanced osteoarthritis and contacted my integrative medicine specialist. He recommended that I double my Replenex Extra Strength that I was already taking in my Peak Performance Pack and also to take turmeric capsules. Now I can use my hands once again, no pain. Sincerely,

~ Louise

Hi - I had some terrible joint inflammation as a result of chemotherapy. I got some steroid shots in my fingers and was hoping to avoid surgery. I have faithfully taken Replenex as part of my Peak Performance pack. Is it worth the money to be free of pain? Oh, YES IT IS! I have no more pain in my joints. I fractured my knee cap in a bad fall 5 years ago. It scarcely bothers me. I say you won't notice the difference if you take the supplements unless you stop. Being pain free makes a huge difference in my life.
